The conferencing costs are:

Dial-out to participants in Belgium and The Netherlands (land lines) is free. The destination China is in zone 6 which has a tariff of MXN 5.70 per minute. The telephony costs are:
45 min * 5.70 MXN/min = MXN 256.50
